Restore a purchase
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Listening doesn't react
Check that microphone access is allowed for Womb Sound in iOS Settings, and that the phone is in the same room as your baby, at least 2 m from the crib.
The sound stops in the browser
Phone browsers pause sound when the screen locks or you switch apps. Keep the page open with the screen on, or use the app, which plays all night with the screen off.
