Womb Sound is made by Frekvens AS, Norway. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.
The app
Use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are made through your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Not a medical device
Womb Sound is made for comfort and relaxation. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Listening is not a baby monitor and does not replace supervision by an adult. If you are worried about your baby's health, sleep or crying, talk to a doctor or health visitor.
Safe use
Keep the speaker at least 2 m (about 7 ft) from the crib, never inside it, and use the lowest volume that works (under 50 dB at the crib). Follow safe sleep advice.
The website
The web player on wombsound.com is provided as is, without guarantees that it works on every browser or device.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Frekvens AS is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
